Happy Tamraght is a bright, friendly café in Tamraght built around one of the best meals of a Moroccan day: breakfast. The menu leans on local tradition, with bissara (a comforting fava bean soup), chakchouka, fluffy baghrir pancakes with fruit, and set breakfasts named Beldi and Amazigh. The house "Happy Tamraght" set pairs the soup with an omelette and fresh orange juice.
Vegans are well looked after, with plenty of dishes marked plant-based and alternative milks for coffee. Visitors mention lovely views across the bay and a warm welcome from English-speaking staff. It opens from morning until early evening every day except Tuesday, so it suits a slow breakfast or a midday break between surf sessions.
