About Draculas
Draculas is a powerful reef break on the stretch around Anchor Point, best known for fast, hollow sections when a solid swell arrives. It breaks over shallow reef, which gives it its bite.
It needs a good swell and works best from mid to high tide. It is a wave for experienced surfers only: the reef is shallow and sharp, sea urchins are common, and wipe-outs can hurt. Wear booties and do not surf it alone.
