About K11
K11 is a sand-bar beach break south of Banana Point, near Aourir. It is often fun on medium swells, with several peaks that give both lefts and rights, and it tends to be less crowded than the points nearby.
It works on most tides, though the banks shift over the season, so it can be very good one week and closed out the next. It suits intermediate surfers who can pick their own peak and read a beach break. Check conditions from the road before paddling out.
