About Mysteries

Mysteries is a right-hand point-style break just south of Anchor Point, with long walls and usually fewer people than its famous neighbour. It works best at higher tides, when the waves wrap along the rocks and give long, smooth rides.

It suits intermediate surfers who are comfortable with a rocky entry and exit. Watch a few sets first to see where the regulars paddle out, and plan your exit before going in, as it becomes trickier as the tide changes.
